Please arrive to your appointment on time. Our location is in a high traffic area, especially during evenings and weekends. Allow yourself time to park and make it upstairs. Lash extension procedures are heavily impacted by time. Late arrival can affect the outcome of the service. After 10 minutes we would recommend that your appointment be rescheduled. If you cannot make it to your appointment or need to reschedule please give us a 24 hour notice. Thank you for understanding!

Please arrive to your appointment with absolutely NO makeup and NO moisturizer/sunscreen. The lash extensions cannot adhere to your natural eyelashes with any debris in the way. You can arrive early to your appointment and be provided a wash and cotton pads that you can use to wash with if you are on the go!

Please do not bring children or extra guests. Dogs are welcomed!

Outside fills are up to the technician’s discretion. You may arrive to your appointment and be prompted to move forward with a removal/new set or not receive a service.

Liability waivers are required to be signed before your service is performed. You can view and sign ahead of time below!
